1). please list your special requests (color, packages, value of declaration, etc) in COMMENT when you make payment. the processing time for a specific order varies with the product type and stock status. for the most part, processing time can be from 3 to 15 working days upon receipt of payment.
2). All items that the order must be shipped only after payment is received by the Third Party (bank) we ship the item for customers through Chinapostair, EMS, UPS, DHL, Fedex or Air Mail, according to the actual situation.
3). You will be notified by email with the tracking number once your package has been shipped out. The delivery time is based on different countries or regions all over the world.
4). as for the delivery destinations (your address) where only DHL or UPS are available, if it is the so-called remote region by DHL or UPS, payment must be paid by the buyer.

(1)Return
 
Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the item. The returned item must be in perfect condition. For dresses, you also need to pay 30% total amount of order as restock fee. It is required that the item or dresses should be returned to us within 14 days after the return request is accepted.
 
Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility.
 
(2)Exchange
 
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective, wrongly shipped or damaged upon receipt. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

1. 30 Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Help! I Can’t Find My Return Label

Don’t worry—our packages don’t include return label. Just reach out to support@fizitee.com, and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

3. Return Process

  • Reasons for return
  • Attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.

Customers do not need to pay return shipping costs for defective products.

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be issued within 14 days and automatically sent to your original payment method.

7. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this period, the order may no longer be cancellable depending on the status of the production process.
